Returns and Exchange Policy
We do not stock our products, everything is custom made upon ordering. Therefore, we cannot re-sell your item. We will do our absolute best to make you sure you are happy with your purchase, but we cannot be responsible for ordering errors such as customer typo's, color choices, and mind changes. Please contact us for exact measurements if needed. Also to ensure your confidence in placing your order, please take advantage of the proof option and request a color sample card. Our goal is to be fair and to help make sure your experience in purchasing your wall decor is a pleasant and positive.
We are not responsible for decals not sticking due to surface problems or application errors. See FAQ's for more information.
If you purchase a defective Alphabet Garden Designs product, you must contact us promptly within 10 days of receiving your product . "Custom orders may not be returned unless it is defective. We require a photo of the damaged item before any replacement.
Unfortunately we have no control how your product is handled during shipping and in some instances may be damaged. If you receive a damaged item please contact us immediatley. Replacement of damaged items will only be given for items packaged in the original packaging. We will need specific details and pictures of the damage prior to sending a replacement.
Please note: The customer is responsible for all freight charges if the delivery is returned, refused or canceled during processing. If you have any questions regarding our policies, feel free to contact us.

Back-ordered Products
Occasionally, due to high demand, or size of your wall decal, our vinyl will be back-ordered for a period of time. In the case of a back-order, you will be notified immediately of the expected ship date of that item, at this time you may choose to cancel or proceed with your order. All back-orders will ship promptly as soon as the vinyl is received in our warehouse. If you decide to discontinue with the back-ordered vinyl after the initial agreeing to continue, and the vinyl has already shipped or been cut, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
Shipping Information
Shipping charges are determined based on the weight of your order and where you live. You can check shipping charges before purchase just click on ESTIMATE SHIPPING COST. Contact us if you need additional help. We are not responsible for lost or destroyed product, but will help in anyway we can. If you choose to ship 2nd day or Next day Air, the shipping time is faster, however it will still take the usual time to process. Any item offered as "FREE SHIPPING" will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail. To rush the order $25 fee.
International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges. Please note, that any applicable duties or taxes imposed by the international destination country will be billed to you directly, and are the responsibility of the customer. Alphabet Garden Designs does not collect money on your behalf for duties and taxes.
First Class shipping through USPS does not offer any tracking or insurance. If you choose this method for shipping we are not responsible for lost, damaged or late items, nor can we estimate shipping time. Only available for products up to 22".
Delivery Time
Our turn around time for vinyl wall decals are 5-10 business days from when the order is received or proof confirmed. If you are under a time crunch you can RUSH your order for an additional $25. Canvas wall art are 10-14 business days.
Alphabet Garden Designs cannot be held responsible for delays due to the shipping company.
